Your details, in plain words
Privacy, field by field, for a reservation request
This page explains what happens to the details you send when you ask the office to reserve a room. It names the data, the people who see it, the time it is kept and the way to ask for changes.
Keeper of your details
Your details are kept by Bridgeport Bed and Breakfast LLC, 600 Washington Ave, Suite 205, Towson, MD 21204. Privacy questions go to yourdetails@bridgeportbedandbreakfast.com.
Every box you fill in
The request form asks for the following, and each item is there to write your quote.
Phone number is optional; everything else helps the office ask the innkeeper the right question.
- Table size
- Inn, or a request for a suggestion
- Dates
- Number of rooms
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number, optional
- How you want to be answered
- A free note
How a request travels to the office
The form is delivered to the office by the FormSubmit service, by email. Like most web hosts, the company that serves these pages records basic logs: which page was asked for, and when.
Readers of your request
Your request reaches the office by email through FormSubmit, which has its own privacy policy. The office shares your name, dates and room needs only with the inn or inns it asks about rooms for you. Your details are never sold, and the office shares them with the inn alone.
Fifteen months of keeping
Requests and quotes are kept for 15 months and then deleted. Tax records of commissions are kept longer, as the law requires, and they hold no personal notes.
Cookies and your browser
The site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. If advertising is ever used to reach travelers, the advertising platform may measure visits under its own policy, and this page will say so.
Children under 13 and your rights
The site is not directed at children under 13, and the office keeps no data about them knowingly. You may ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time, and the office answers within 30 days.
Later additions and the date
A third-party search tool added in future would have its own privacy policy, linked where it appears. Last updated November 4, 2026.
