Pages everyone can read
Accessibility for anyone reading, comparing and reserving here
The pages that help you reserve an inn room are built to be read, tabbed through and understood by as many people as possible. This page says what the aim is and what has been done.
Target: WCAG 2.2, AA conformance
The target for every page is WCAG 2.2 level AA. Report anything that falls short and it gets fixed.
Work already done on the pages
Images carry text alternatives that describe what they show. The keyboard order follows the reading order, and every control can be reached with the Tab key. Text and background colors keep strong contrast, and pages stay readable at 200% zoom. Each form field has a visible label, and the table drawings have text labels.
Drawings and their text labels
The breakfast table drawings are decorative summaries of an inn's size. The room count is always printed as text beside each drawing, so nothing depends on seeing the picture.
Flag a barrier by email or phone
